ADC-Vinh Long Television’s cyclist Loic Desriac tops the ninth stage

PANO – Fifteen domestic teams and two international teams from Laos and Cambodia on December 13th competed in the ninth stage around Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi with a distance of 41.78km.

With active encouragement of Hanoians and good weather conditions, cyclists strived to entertain spectators with best performance. They closely followed each other in the first kms. However, with strength and determination, cyclist Loic Desriac from ADC-Vinh Long Television came first, followed by Le Nguyet Minh from Ho Chi Minh City 2 and Le Ngoc Son from DOMESCO Pharmacy Dong Thap 1.

At the end of the stage, cyclists with good performances were awarded prizes by the organizing panel.

Before the stage, the organizers had presented 200 gifts to policy beneficiaries, revolution contributors and needy officers and defence workers and 100 scholarships to children of needy officers and defence workers from the Navy, Air Defence-Air Force Service, Border Guard Command and Hanoi Capital Command in acknowledgement of their good academic results.
