Vietnam joins international fair to raise funds for disadvantaged children

(CPV) - The Vietnamese Embassy in Greece has recently joined over 50 others in the country’s capital city of Athens to attend the 15th Christmas Bazaar international fair to raise funds for disadvantaged children.

The fair, held by the humanitarian association “The friends of child”, has become an annual event attracting 10,000 Greek and foreign visitors over the past years.


This was the first time the Vietnamese Embassy in Greece joined the event.


During the fair, the embassy introduced the Vietnamese culture, tourism and gastronomy to an international audience and sold some products to contribute money to the humanitarian association.


In addition, a variety of typical Vietnamese products such as conical hats, embroidered towels and pottery products were also on display./.
