PANO – The General Department of Politics under the Vietnam People’s Army has just instructed some contents relating to the enlistment and management of military service in 2015. Accordingly, the units’ party committees and political commissars at all levels in the whole army should thoroughly grasp the military service law and the localities’ plans, effectively implementing instructions and resolutions of higher commanders.

All units should promote advisory role for local party committees and authorities to well carry out the military enlistment. Besides, cooperation is needed to promote dissemination on military service law and education of revolutionary traditions for all people in order to maintain fairness in the implementation of military service among citizens.
The units’ party committees and commanders should work with localities to well organize the preparation for receiving new recruits and provide training for them, contributing to fulfilling political and ideological education for cadres and soldiers.
