PANO – Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam, Chairman of the Central Council for Defence and Military Education, has signed the 2015 – 2020 plan to promote the Party’s leadership and the State’s management on the work and comprehensive and effective implementation of defence and security law, making contributions to building firm whole people’s defence posture and whole people’s security posture.

The plan requests renewed methods to raise the quality and effectiveness of defence and security work, revised documents on the leadership, instruction and management of defence and security work in line with reality, and the promotion of the training for defence and security instructors.
Accordingly to the plan, from now to 2020, the dissemination and popularization of the defence and security law will be promoted; more people will be equipped with defence and security knowledge, and a defence and security education centre will be built under the Prime Minister’s Decision.
