Military universities well respond to blood donation

PANO – Tran Quoc Tuan University has associated with Military Hospital 103 to collected nearly 700 blood units at a blood donation campaign.

With more than 1,100 blood units donated through two drives in 2014, the university is among top army schools leading in blood donation drives.

Cadets of the Logistics Academy joining the blood donation campaign

Recently, over 500 students and cadets of Logistics Academy donated hundreds of blood units.

This year, the academy will team with Central Military Hospital 108 to organize three blood donation festivals.

These above activities help ease the blood shortage for the hospital’s emergency, especially during the 2015 Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday.
