The French Committee for the Van Canh Friendship Village in Vietnam has organized a concert to raise money for Vietnamese victims of Agent Orange. The meaningful event attracted the participation of French friends and those who love and support Vietnam.
Addressing the opening of the concert, the Committee’s President Raphaël Vahé expressed heartfelt sympathy with Vietnamese people, who had been exposed to Agent Orange, and their children.
He said that over the past years, the committee has conducted practical activities to give both material and spiritual supports to Vietnamese AO victims.
All the money from selling tickets will be used to assist the Van Canh Friendship Village in completing the construction of a therapy pool to help treat and rehabilitate AO victims and war veterans who were exposed to Agent Orange.
