Vietnam, Samoa bolster cooperation and frienship

(VOVworld) – Vietnam always looks forward to strengthening friendship and cooperation with Samoa. Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyen Viet Dung made the comment while presenting his credentials to the Head of the Independent State of Samoa, Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Efi, officially becoming the non-resident Vietnamese Ambassador to Samoa.

Dung suggested that Vietnam and Samoa should seek ways to bolster bilateral cooperation in economics, trade, agriculture, tourism, and people to-people exchanges. Tamasese Efi hailed Vietnam’s achievements in socio-economic development and international integration and said he hoped the bilateral relations between the two countries would grow stronger in the future.
