The Chairman of the Hai Duong provincial People’s Committee, on the morning of 24 May, attended a meeting to remove difficulties and obstacles related to the Lai Vu industrial park.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien, Chairman of the Hai Duong provincial People’s Committee, on the morning of 24 May, attended a meeting with the Party organization of Lai Vu commune (Kim Thanh district) to remove difficulties and obstacles related to the Lai Vu industrial park (IP).
At the meeting, with their opinions most of the party members in the Lai Vu commune’s Party organization concurred with the Lai Vu IP construction project and desired the authorities at all levels to care about training, arranging jobs for the commune’s residents; offering financial assistance to build rural infrastructure; supporting the households in real difficulties due to loss of production land, etc.
The Party members also mentioned several contents relevant to the decision on land recovery, 12 ha of service land, method of calculating the coefficient of recovered land area, etc.
Mr. Hien required
- the local government and Party members in the commune’s Party organization to intensify propaganda, understand thoroughly the situation, listen attentively to the people’s opinions, feelings, and aspirations to discuss and offer suitable solutions;
- the relevant agencies to focus on compiling detailed documents on the IP and two garment and textile projects for the people to understand and support the projects;
- the Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Department, in coordination with the Fatherland Front and relevant agencies, to study, examine the locality’s actual conditions to propose a supportive plan to contribute to improving life of the people subject to land recovery;
- the settlement of the people’s recommendations, questions and the implementation of licensed projects to be carried out simultaneously, swiftly to put the Lai Vu IP into operation.
