The Hanoitimes – The final round of the third Miss Vietnam pageant is taking place in the picturesque city of Hoi An.
During the 16-day event that began on June 11, 64 beauties from 20 ethnic groups have taken in several competitions aiming to highlight costumes, talent in performing arts and sporting events, as well as the ability to answer questions on various subjects.
On June 26, the contestants will enter the grand finale and the coronation night will happen at the Hoi An Theatre.
In the final round, the beauties will compete in swimwear, traditional costume and evening dress sections.
The jury will then choose five finalists for a question-and-answer session.
Apart from other rewards, the winner will get a VND100 million (US$4,760) cash prize, while the runner-up will take home VND50 million.
