The Saigon Outcast outdoor bar on Sunday will host a rock-paper-scissors tournament, where two players form one of three shapes with an outstretched hand.
The rule is that rock beats scissors, scissors beats paper and paper beats rock. If both players throw the same shape, the game is tied.
The winner will receive a prize of VND1 million (US$47), a T-shirt, a cap and a pair of shoes.
Registration begins at 3pm and the tournament at 4pm. The bar is at 188/1 Nguyen Van Huong St, District 2.-VNS
