Ho Quang Ai, deputy CEO of Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC), said that 21 provinces in the South of Vietnam have saved more than 400 million kWh of electricity since the beginning of this year.
As per plan, by the end of this year, the electricity saved will be almost 852 million kWh, valued at more than VND1 trillion.
EVNSPC has said that it will ensure enough power supply so as not to disrupt manufacturing and daily life during the dry season and also until year-end.
