| On the evening of June 9th 2013, at the Nha Trang costal park, Khanh Hoa Salangane Nest Company organized music program and gave award for the contest “Khanh Hoa Salangane and Homeland’s Seas and Islands”. |
 The organization Board gave awards for two authors to get first prices. |
| The music program had the participation of many famous singers in the country such as: Quang Linh, Thanh Thuy, Huong Tram, Ha Viet Anh, Ha Anh Tuan, Phuong Linh … The songs performed in the music program were the works to be awarded in the songwriting contest “Khanh Hoa Salangane and Homeland’s Seas and Islands”. These songs expressed the love of country as well as the spirit of preserving traditional values, the passion for developing sustainable Salanganes careers of the Khanh Hoa people. The organization Board received over 100 works of nationwide musicians. Of whom are well-known musicians such as: The Hien, Le Van Cau, Hinh Phuoc Long, Hinh Phuoc Lien…. The Organizing Board selected 20 outstanding works to award with 2 first prices, 3 second prizes, 5 the third and 10 consolation prizes. Accordingly, the two authors Ngoc Hoa with the song “Nest’s lyrics” and the author Hinh Phuoc Long with “Story about Nest Bird” won the first prize, second prize belonged to the 3 authors Mai Quang, Kien Thanh, Nghiem Sy Hoa, the third prize for 5 authors Doan Duc Yen Khang, To Hai, Xuan Lam, Nguyen Tien Tieu and Ngoc Tien Hoa.
