HA NOI (VNS)— Vingroup has sold Vincom Centre ‘A’ for US$ 470 million to the Viet Nam Infrastructure and Property Development Group (VIPD).
Under the deal, Vingroup transferred its entire capital in Future Company, one of its members, which owns Vincom Centre ‘A’ in the most central area of HCM City. Vincom Centre is a high-end real-estate complex with 15 floors containing a shopping centre and a five-star luxury hotel.-VNS
