The firm said the solution would help boost efficiency of its account representatives via a user-friendly interface, seamless data integration across systems and a set of tools covering end-to-end sales and agency recruitment needs.
Running on iOS, a mobile operating system developed by Apple Inc., ACE eSMART’s suite of tools includes a financial needs’ analysis instrument for account representatives to evaluate the needs and circumstances of their customers in order to recommend proper products for them. Customers can also receive policy application forms, product e-brochures and information about the company via email.
Through ACE eSMART, ACE Life has become the first life insurance company in the country to offer a mobile option for its customers to use their local ATM cards to pay premiums via a card reader attached to the account representatives’ mobile devices, including iPads, iPhones and other smartphones.
Lam Hai Tuan, chairman and country president of ACE Life Vietnam, said ACE eSMART enabled the company’s account representatives to better serve the diverse needs of their customers by providing appropriate ACE Life products in a more responsive and efficient manner.
