VGP – The US leading fast-food corporation, MacDonald’s has announced that it will have its first franchise store in Ho Chi Minh City.
As scheduled, the first McDonald’s store will open in early 2014 with special menu including Big Mac sandwich, fried tomato and cheeseburger.
Viet Nam is one of 65 markets which the fast-food corporation has granted franchise certificates over the past 30 years.
The country became the 38th destination in Asia where McDonald’s has established business, proving itself as one of the most attractive consumer markets in South Asia.
So far, big US fast-food corporations like Subway, KFC, and Pizza Hut have set footholds in Viet Nam./.
