Japan’s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. will build the 2nd aircraft spare partsplant in Vietnam in next summer, as revealed by the group’s officials on July 5th.
Reportedly, the new plant, located near the first one in Hanoi, will produce parts for Boeing 777.
Meanwhile, the Japan-based Nagoya Company of the group will focus on manufacturing parts of Boeing 787 when Boeing steps up production of the aircraft.
With 200 Vietnamese workers, the group’s first aircraft part plant in Hanoi is making parts for Boeing 737.
