The Lao youth offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh in front of Na Nua hut, where President Ho Chi Minh lived and worked from May to August 1945 to direct the general uprising to seize power across the country.

The delegation also stopped at Tan Trao banian tree and Tan Trao communal house.

Chanpasit, a Lao youth union member, said that he was very happy and moved to visit the relic site. He knew much about President Ho Chi Minh through books and newspapers and respected him. Regarding the friendly meeting program, Chanpasit saw it as a good opportunity for Lao youth to learn more about Vietnam and its people.

On his part, Khampha Phimason, Vice Secretary of the Central Committee of Lao People’s Revolutionary Youth Union, said that what they gained through this visit would be good experience to be introduced to and studied by other youth in Laos.
