VGP – State President Truong Tan Sang and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung have extended their congratulations to Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic and Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic, respectively, on the occasion of the National Day of Montenegro.
Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also sent a congratulatory message to Montenegrin Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Igor Luksic.
