President Truong Tan Sang on July 13 extended congratulations to French President Francois Hollande on his country’s 224 th National Day (July 14, 1789-2013).
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung sent a congratulatory message to his French counterpart Jean-Marc Ayrault on the occasion.
The same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cabled greetings to French Minister of Foreign Affairs Laurent Fabius.-VNA
