The Hanoitimes - The Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training and Romanian Ministry off National Education signed an agreement on education and training cooperation program for the 2013-2016 period.
Under the agreement, both sides support direct cooperation between education and training establishments at all levels.
The two ministries will exchange information and publications regarding the development and improvement of education models, progress of educational reform as well as the implementation of the program.
Besides, the two sides will also grant the maximum of ten graduate and PhD scholarships based on the give and take policy.
According to the Department of International Cooperation, Romania has trained some 3,000 Vietnamese engineers and post-graduates. Currently, the European is home to 26 Vietnamese
