(VOVworld)- Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan has expressed gratitude to the families of martyrs and those who rendered great service to the nation in the northern province of Ha Giang. At a meeting in Hanoi on Wednesday, Doan praised the province for effectively implementing state policies for social beneficiaries. She expressed her hope that the representatives will uphold their spirit of solidarity in contributing to the new rural development program and local socio-economic plan. Doan urged the province to continue to pay more attention to the needs of local people.
