Departments, agencies in the area of Quang Ngai province are requested to make detailed plan and estimation cost for implementation of that master plan of environment protection in craft village at district and city to 2020 and vision to 2030 as prescribed in Decision No. 777/QD-UBND dated on 04/6/2013 by the PPC.
Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, Planning and Investment, Finance are in charge of developing an agreement related to provincial budget’s allocation and to submit to PPC for consideration and approval.
Its progress shall be reported annually to PPC before November 30 as it is requested by MONDRE.
Based on national and provincial budget, DONRE is assigned to make estimation for PPC to decide adequate portion to each locality to suit its capacity and implementation plan.
