Nearly 200 people join Vietnam Mountain Marathon

PANO - Around 200 people from 28 different countries will take part in the Vietnam Mountain Marathon on October 5th in Sa Pa town, Lao Cai province, announced organizers at a press conference organised by the Danish Embassy, in conjunction with Topas Ecologe and Novo Nordisk, on October 3rd in Hanoi.

The event, the first of its kind in Vietnam, will have 3 categories of half marathon (21kms), full marathon (42kms) and ultra marathon (nearly 70kms). Danish Ambassador Mr. John Nielsen will race, as well as Vu Xuan Tien - nicknamed “The running man”.
