Nguyen Thanh Tong, Chairman of the Vietnamese People’s Association in France, says the money will be used to build a school in a safe place where people can go when floods occur. Tong said in the 100 years since its establishment, the Association has been united and has supported the homeland’s efforts in national construction and defense.

(VOVworld) – The Association of Laborers and Employees of the Vietnamese People’s Association in France (UGVF) has raised nearly 5,000 euros to help flood victims in the central region of Vietnam.
