The Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee has adopted the strategic action plan on vocational training in the province until 2020 to increase the rate of trained labourers to 60%.
Of which, 95% of labourers in industrial zones will be given vocational training.
Under the plan, the province will increase to 110 the number of vocational training foundations, with over 4,000 teachers by 2020, satisfying the demand for training human resources for the province’s socio-economic development.
To increase the effectiveness of vocational training, the province will focus on drawing the participation of enterprises and increase vocational training cooperation with international organizations.
The plan will be carried out with a capital of over VND1.8 trillion./.
