2,000 tons of rice donated by Vietinbank – Vietnam JS Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade -have been transported to Quang Ngai province and will be distributed to flood-affected people in province’s 14 districts and city.
The meaningful donation of Vietinbank was highly appreciated by Quang Ngai authorities in the Yesterday ceremony of announcement. This donation will help damaged residents to recover soon.
The donor is also going to develop its charity program in two provinces of Quang Nam and Binh Dinh with total of 1,000 tons each.
Reportedly, the huge flood last week swept away all farming products, so the most want now is rice for affected residents. Earlier, Quang Ngai top leader Mr. Cao Khoa in his meeting with the Central Government leader delegation asked for an urgent help of 2,000 tons of rice for his residents.
