PANO – 10 excellent students from Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City Universities of Science and Technology and the Hanoi National University received the Honda Awards for Vietnamese young engineers and scientists in 2013 on November 30th in Hanoi.
Each student received USD 3,000 in cash and a Honda motorcycle.
Besides, the awardees will have a chance to receive USD 10,000 if studying in Japan after graduation, or USD 7,000 if taking part in from 2.5 to 12 months of internship in universities, institutes and laboratories in Japan.
Since its first launch 8 years ago, 600 students have applied for the award, and 80 of them won it.
