City gives water tanks to forest-keeping households in Can Gio District

The Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and City Coastguards on January 4 visited Can Gio District and gave 101 water tanks worth more than VND252 million to 101 forest-keeping households and 38 houses worth VND30 million each to poor households in six communes and towns in the district.


On this occasion, the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism also gave a bookcase worth VND12.5 million to the district.


Earlier, City Coastguards also coordinated with the City Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee and the City Red Cross to hand over a bridge worth VND200 million to 40 households with 200 residents in Binh My Hamlet, Binh Khanh Commune in Can Gio District.
