The model aimed to enhance the quality of patient care through the activities of health education, disease prevention, and rehabilitation in hospital.
The Health Ministry, the World Health Organization, E Hospital, and Hai Duong provincial General Hospital on 3 January co-organized a workshop on the topics “Health Improving Hospital” and “Hospital Practice Scientific Conference”.
The seminar on “Health Improving Hospital” was held to summarize experiences, contents, methods, and skills to improve patients’ health through assessing activities and results of the model “Health Improving Hospital” carried out at E Hospital and general hospitals in the provinces of Hai Duong, Bac Can, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, and Lao Cai.
The model aimed to enhance the quality of patient care through the activities of health education, disease prevention, and rehabilitation in hospital.
At the same time, the hospitals worked out targets of developing comprehensively, serving more objects, being more friendly and close to the people along with increasingly high quality of services and safer and more effective treatment.
Attending the “Hospital Practice Scientific Conference” were over 300 medical officials of E Hospital, Bach Mai Hospital, K Hospital, Viet – Tiep Hai Phong Hospital, Hai Duong provincial General Hospital, and Ninh Binh provincial General Hospital.
The delegates presented 54 reports on cardiovascular pathologies; oncology and neurology; musculoskeletal and odd specialties; digestion and new issues; kidney – urology, nursing; and infection and image diagnosis.
