The Hai Duong provincial People’s Committee has agreed that the province will organize five locations for low-range fireworks during 12 – 15 minutes at each location on the eve of the Year of the Horse 2014, one more location than the previous year.
Hai Duong city will still organize fireworks at two locations of Bach Dang Park and 30 October Square.
Thanks to the socialization source, Chi Linh provincial town will set off fireworks at Mat Son lake (Sao Do ward), Thanh Ha district at the district Cultural Center, and Kinh Mon district at Hoang Thach bridge.
The Hai Duong provincial Military Command is responsible for ordering the number and types of firework from the General Department of National Defense Industry and chairing the development of plans for coordinating with relevant departments, branches, and People’s Committees of districts, city, and provincial town to safely organize the fireworks to serve the people.
