PetroVietnam Premier Recreation JSC (PVR) and Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company (NTP) announced recent transactions of shareholders.
Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC) registered to sell all 10 million shares of PVR, a 19.27 percent stake. Pacific Asset Management Company (PAMCO) registered to sell all 12.49 million shares of PVR, a 24.07 percent stake. These transactions will be carried out from January 17 to February 14.
Mrs. Le Thi Thuy Hai, wife of Dang Quoc Dung, member of the Board of Directors of NTP, registered to buy 3.1 million shares of NTP by February 13 to increase her holdings to 3.11 million shares. Mr. Dang Quoc Dung also registered to buy 300,000 shares by February 7.
