Boats anchoring in Sa Ky port
A Quang Ngai fishing vessel with 12 fishermen on board, coded QNg 98676TS owned by Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuc, resided at the Phu Quy village, Binh Chau commune, Binh Son district when fishing in Hoang Sa sea water on January 05, 2013 discovered and rescued successfully 4 foreigners, said a source from the provincial Border Guard Command.
Mr. Phuc briefly reported on the rescue and the itinerary of the vessel to the provincial Border Guard Command.
All the foreigners are in good health condition and they will be brought ashore in some next days, according to Mr. Phuc.
It is not yet determined the cause and their nationalities as well.
