Every doctor and medical worker should wholeheartedly attend to and serve patients, overcome difficulties, and actively learn and study to improve qualifications.

The hospitals should take advantages of all resources, expand international cooperation, and flexibly coordinate with hospitals of upper and lower levels to constantly improve the quality of medical activities.
