The Primer Minister has instructed the Interior Ministry to review regulations related to human resource planning and reappointment, resignation, dismissal, and rotation of government officials.
Heads of ministries and departments have been made responsible for managing human resources.
The instruction also requires the ministry to draft regulations to enable open recruitment of officials.

Denmark to fund modern art projects
The Danish embassy in Ha Noi has announced its willingness to sponsor modern art projects in the country.
It said funding of $1.5 million available for the 2014-2016 period will accord priority to innovative projects that give a modern twist to Viet Nam’s traditional and cultural heritages.
Since 2011, the embassy has sponsored over 60 projects in modern dance, fine arts, film, printing, and other art forms.

64 projects operational in Chu Lai EZ
Out of 89 projects licensed in the central province of Quang Ngai’s Chu Lai Open Economic Zone, 64 are already underway with total capital of nearly US$800 million.
They have hired 14,000 workers.
The zone was named one of five nationally important economic zones for 2013-2015 by the Government.

Deputy Primer Minister Vu Van Ninh has ordered the Ministry of Finance to assist the Viet Nam Food Association in establishing a rice production and export fund.
