Department of Labor, Invalid and Social Affairs, on February 14, held the conference to implement the vocational training plan for rural laborers 2014 with the participation of representatives from departments, agencies and localities in the province’s area.
According to the plan, in 2014, the province will support vocational trainings and jobs for 6,400 rural laborers, striving to reach 75% of workers having jobs after training.
At the conference, the detailed guidance on the plan’s content was also provided to the participants such as types of documents and forms, making budget, managing and settling fees of vocational training, etc.
Delivering speech at the conference, Mrs. Cu Thi Thanh Mai – Vice Director of the DOLISA cum Steering Board’s Deputy Head of Project 1956 stressed that, in the upcoming time, Steering Board of 1956 Project will continue to guide related agencies and localities in carrying out and speeding up the propaganda of the plan for rural people; making plan of vocational learning needs of laborers; piloting new vocational training models and expanding successful models; building infrastructures; providing teaching and learning equipment as well as teaching programs; etc.
