(VOVworld) – The National Assembly’s Judicial Committee has held a consultation workshop in Da Nang city to gather opinions on amendments to the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement. Delegates called for more role played by the court in judgment enforcement to make sure that court ruling be observed in earnest. They also discussed socialization of civil judgment enforcement and coercive measures.
