Vietnam’s floating production, storage and offloading unit named in Singapore

(VOVworld) – Singapore’s Keppel shipyard and Petrovietnam Technical Services Company named a floatingproduction, storage and offloading unit PTSC Lam Son, which will serve the Thang Long-Dong Do mining development project off the coast of Vietnam.

This has been a project to upgrade an oil tanker to a floatingproduction, storage and offloading unit worth 400 million USD. PTSC Lam Son is capable of containing 350,000 barrels of oil and can handle 18,000 barrels a day.
