In the afternoon of 12 April 2014, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Cao gave a courtesy reception to Thai Ambassador Panyarak Poolthup as he came to attend the opening ceremony of Hue Festival 2014.
At the reception, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Cao congratulated the Ambassador on his new mission in Vietnam and also expressed his gladness to the good development in Vietnam- Thailand relationship and cooperation, especially the relationship and cooperation between Thua Thien Hue province and Thailand, provinces and enterprises of Thailand for the past years.
Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Cao informed that C.P. Vietnam Corporation is a Thai large- scale enterprise working effectively at Phong Dien Industrial Zone of Thua Thien Hue province. Therefore, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee expected that there would be several Thai investors and enterprises investing in Thua Thien Hue province, especially Chan May- Lang Co economic zone.
The Ambassador Panyarak Poolthup thanked for the warm welcome of Thua Thien Hue province leaders and informed that during the time of working in Vietnam he will make efforts to boost up the relationship and cooperation between Thailand and Vietnam, Thailand and Thua Thien Hue province in several fields taken good care by the two parties. Before the opening ceremony of Hue Festival 2014, the Ambassador wishes Thua Thien Hue province would hold a successful Hue Festival 2014.
