KON TUM (VNS)— Fishermen in Ya Chim commune in the Central Highland City of Kon Tum on Wednesday discovered the body of a child who was deemed to be swept away by a flood six months ago.
The body of Y Tam was found under the reservoir of Yaly hydropower plant, 4km away from the place where the 9-year-old girl was reported to be missing.
A search is being carried out for another girl who was also swept away by the flood.
The two girls fell into a canal and were swept away by the flood on September 25 last year. — VNS
