Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport and Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) opened four high class public restrooms at four large parks including Tao Dan, September 23, Le Van Tam and Gia Dinh in Ho Chi Minh City on April 12.

They were built at a total cost of VND 800-1,000 million (US$38,000-47,400) each by Sacombank, who has tasked their staff to guide citizens and foreign visitors from 5.a.m-9.p.m every day.
The bank has so far built 14 high class public restrooms in HCMC, Da Lat City, Vung Tau City, Vinh Long City, Cao Lanh City and Phu Quoc Island since 2010. They are expected to build other four restrooms of that kind in HCMC.
