The Ministry of Industry and Trade has issued Instruction 11 to publicize electricity and petrol trade.
Domestic Market Department, Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group and relevant agencies are instructed to publicize petrol trade including price’s component parts, management and use of subsidization fund, and financial audits.
They will be made clear on the media, business websites and the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s portal.
