The Hai Duong Provincial Young Business Association on the morning of April 20 held the 4th Congress of 2014 – 2017 tenure.
Authorized by the President, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, awards a 3rd-class Labor Order to businessman Nguyen Thanh Hai, Chairman of the 3rd provincial Young Business Association
Participating in the congress were 160 official delegates. Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Federation’s Central Committee, and Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien, Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee, representative of Vietnam Young Business Association leaders attended the event.
With the motto “Solidarity, creativity, cooperation, and integration willingness for common development of the association and the community of Hai Duong entrepreneurs”, the provincial Young Business Association in the next term will intensify activities to assist young businessmen in development and improve the quality of the association’s operation.
The association will promote exchange and cooperation programs with domestic and foreign organizations; strengthen investment promotion, give priority to using products, goods, and services of members at preferential prices, creating connection; continue to develop the movement of building corporate culture, etc.
The association strives to admit 70 – 100 more members in the 2014 – 2017 tenure.

Addressing the congress, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien suggested the provincial Young Business Association diversify the forms of gathering and accompanying businessmen.
Young enterprises should take the lead in implementing the Party’s guidelines and lines about renewing the growth model, restructuring enterprises, and developing high-tech industries.
The Young Business Association should bring into play its role as a bridge linking businesses together to share and support each other’s development.
The province will continue to pay attention and create conditions for young enterprises to develop equally, promptly handle enterprises’ proposals, recommendations, as well as difficulties, obstacles, etc.
The congress elected the 4th Young Business Association’s Committee with 35 entrepreneurs for the 2014 – 2017 tenure. Nguyen Cong Hai, Director of Minh Hai Plaza Co., Ltd., was voted chairman.
On this occasion, the provincial Young Business Association was presented with an excellent flag by the Vietnam Young Business Association’s Central Committee. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Chairman of the 3rd provincial Young Business Association, received a 3rd-class Labor Order. 44 businessmen were given certificates of merit by the Vietnam Youth Federation’s Central Committee, the provincial People’s Committee, and the Young Business Association’s Central Committee.
