Zero Import Duties for Cambodian Goods in Two Years

The Ministry of Finance has issued a list of Cambodia-originated goods imported into Vietnam to be imposed a specially preferential import duty, 0 percent. The majority are agricultural commodities such as rice, cashew nuts and fruits, in addition to footwear and furniture.


To enjoy the specially preferential import duty, the goods must meet the following conditions: Carrying Form S certificate of origin issued by Cambodian authorities and being transported via border gates mentioned in the Agreement of the Vietnamese and Cambodian governments.
