The standing board of the provincial Party Committee has just held the preliminary congress to sum up the three years of implementing the Order numbered 03-CT/TW of the Politburo on “Continue enhancing the studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh“.

Reports at the conference presented by Comrade Nguyen Van Tan, head of the preaching board, has the content of “developing the achievements gained in the three years of implementing order numbered 03-CT/TW, executive committee has timely directed the constant maintenance of learning and studying as to follow the ideology, moral example of Ho Chi Minh in the entire province, following Uncle Ho’s teaching guidelines, with various practical, creative, diversified activities. Simultaneously attaching the studying and following Uncle Ho’s guidelines with each political task, emulating movements and the locality’s mobilization, each sector, office and unit. Thanks to this, certain significant achievements have been gained in constructing clean and strong Party branches, Party Committee, offices and units. Each cadre, Party member, civil servant, particularly key leaders of each level, all has shown positive shifts in terms of leading, training, and educating the working styles, lifestyle; promoting the implementation of locality’s political task, unit, contributing to stabilizing, developing economy, culture, society, enhancing the construction of new rural areas, consolidating national defense, security in the province. In the coming time, in parallel with concentrating on overcoming limitations, shortcomings, the entire province will continue turning the task of studying and following Uncle Ho’s example into a frequent, significant activity within eachParty branch, Party Committee in close-knit connection with implementing the central 4 Resolution “Some current urgent issues of Party Committee, Party branches” and Order numbered 23-CT/TU of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee in enhancing the implementation of disciplines, administrative orders in each office, unit’s operation. The Party levels continue to direct, select the urgent issues in the sector of ideology, morality and some emerging issues in localities, units for the Party branches and Party committees to take measures of reorganizing, recovering, making shifts, pushing back, and heading towards the completely ending in a definite time…
Concluding the Conference, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Dao Tan Loc, emphasized :in the coming time, Party organizations at all levels need to continue well implementing the tasks of checking, urging and timely discovering, commending and rewarding for the sake of spreading, multiplying the outstanding and typical collectives, individuals in the sector of studying and following Uncle Ho’s example; timely reorganizing the slanted signals, working in a grazing manner, or lacking care, implementing the form of implementing the Order numbered 03-CT/TW.
On this occasion, the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee presented merit certificates to 19 outstanding collectives and 32 individuals with excellent achievements in implementing Order numbered 03-CT/TW in the past time.
