(CPV) – In Hanoi, on May 8, Vice State President Nguyen Thi Doan has received aid from the Mexican Labor Party to support Vietnamese children in need via the National Fund for Vietnamese Children (NFVC).
Mr Alberto Anaya Gutiérrez, Secretary General of the Mexican Labor Party directly presented 100 wheelchairs to disabled Vietnamese kids, thus helping them to connect to society more easily.

The Vice State President showed great appreciation for these valuable gifts from international friends, saying that they will be able to go to school and experience the beautify of life.
Currently, Vietnam has identified around 20,000 children with motor disabilities who are in need of a wheelchair. Some of them have been forced to quit learning.
In the last several years, NFVC has mobilized organizations and individuals inside and outside the nation to provide wheelchairs to children.
This year, it is expected to present 300 wheelchairs for disable kids with the total value of nearly VND600 million./.
