In the morning of June 16th, at the Quang Ngai Provincial Political School, the class of leadership human resource for the provincial managers and leaders in year 2014 (the first course) of Quang Ngai province closed with the participation of Mr. Nguyen Minh-Acting Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, representatives of the Central Party Committee in Da Nang city, leaders of the PPC, Provincial People’s Council and 60 participants.
In 2-month learning period, 60 students were equipped with basic knowledge of theory, practice and some skills, awareness of socio-political situation, visioning and strategic thinking, leadership capacity, responsibility of public service leaders, requirements of industrialization and modernization, etc.
As required, each participant participated in field trips in difficult and mountainous communes and composed 05 essays.
Besides, these participants accessed the modern methods of management in administration and economy professionally conducted by Civil Service College experts under the Singapore Cooperation Programme.
At the closing ceremony, the Quang Ngai Provincial Standing Committee awarded certificates of the course completion to 60 students and awarded certificates of merit to high-achieving students in learning.
Accordingly, there are 10 students graded fairly, accounting for 16%, 49 ones classified as good, accounting for 82.4% and one excellent student, accounting for 1.6%.
