| On July 13, Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan and representatives from the Ministry of Labour, War-Invalids and Social Affairs met with social welfare beneficiaries as well as families of those who have contributed to the revolutionary struggles in the central province of Quang Tri and handed over several gifts in cash and kind.
The Vice President also handed over 30 presents worth VND300,000 each and VND2 million in cash to disadvantaged families in the province. Doan expressed the nation’s gratitude and concern for the families of those who have made great contributions to the struggle for national liberation. She stressed that the Party and State will always pay attention to helping the families improve their lives. The Vice President praised the province’s consideration for those who have contributed to the revolution and asked concerned localities and agencies to provide further care for social welfare beneficiaries, contributors to revolutionary struggles as well as poor and extremely disadvantaged families./. |
