PANO – The Vietnam People’s Army Youth Committee, the Central Youth Union of Enterprises, Dien Bien Phu City People’s Committee and Dien Bien provincial Youth Union on July 26th presented a cultural house to Mo village, Thanh Truong commune, Dien Bien Phu city, Dien Bien Province.
The 200sq.m house was built at a cost of VND 600 million in 6 months.
Youths help building a bridge in Van Thanh commune
The above agencies also handed over 80 gifts, worth totally VND 50 million, to policy families and poor pupils in Dien Bien Phu city.
The same day, young engineers and students from a voluntary team at the Nha Trang University trained 160 households in coastal communes in Van Ninh district, Khanh Hoa province how to raise white leg shrimp and prevent diseases for it.
Earlier, the team started construction of an inter-village bridge, a water tank, and upgraded schools in Van Thanh commune. These facilities are expected to be completed on August 1st, said Le Cong Lap, Secretary of the Nha Trang University’s Youth Union.
