The Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee has requested departments of sectors, local authorities, and units to urgently solve ground obstacles attached to transport projects in the province.
The district People’s Committees of Binh Giang, Gia Loc, Tu Ky, and Thanh Ha should review and completely clear out existing problems in site clearance for Ha Noi – Hai Phong expressway.
Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Investment Incorporation (VIDIFI) (investor of the expressway) should jointly settle the existing issues related to the enterprises’ responsibilities.
The district People’s Committees of Cam Giang, Nam Sach, and Ninh Giang and Hai Duong city people’s committee should prepare, verify, and give approval for compensation alternatives; assistance to land acquisition for of Cat bridge construction, Doc bridge construction and a graded interchange with provincial road 390 projects, NH37 improvement and upgrading project, Vinh Bao (Hai Phong) – Gia Loc (Hai Duong) Section.
The Kim Thanh District People’s Committee need to collaborate with the Provincial Transport Department to implement two frontage road projects to the north of NH5 and the bypass of Phu Thai district town, as scheduled, etc.
The Provincial People’s Committee has also requested relevant People’s Committee of Hai Duong City and Gia Loc district; and Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment JSC to accelerate the construction progress of of 62m road extension construction project -phase 2 and Tue Tinh road extension project.
