PANO – The People Army’s Newspaper (PAN), in association with Bach An Media Joint-stock Company, on August 13th handed over gifts to the Study Encouragement Fund of Khoai Chau district, Hung Yen province, at the district’s conference to review the 2013-2014 school year.

The activity contributed to encouraging local needy students with good academic records.
In the 2013-2014 school year, the district well carried out emulation movements and reduced the number of school drop-outs.
At the conference, Le Thi Luong, Head of the district’s Education and Training Office, said that the locality would continue raising the quality of universal education at pre-school, elementary and secondary levels for children, making contributions to raising local education quality.
